به نام “زن، زندگی، آزادی”
🔸۱۸ دیماه ۹۸ جنایت بزرگی، مردم ایران و جهان را تکان داد. در این روز یک تراژدی بزرگ در تاریخ صورت گرفت،
“شلیک دو موشک به یک هواپیمای مسافربری” کشتار ۱۷۶ سرنشین هواپیمای اوکراینی و نوزادی که هنوز بدنیا نیامده بود نفس را در سینه مردم جهان حبس کرد. مردم جهان هنوز باور نمی کردند که چنین جنایتی، نه در جریان یک جنگ بین دو دولت بلکه توسط دولت «خودی» و عامدانه صورت گرفته باشد. مقامات حکومت خواستند این جنایت را انکار و کتمان کنند، بنابراین صحنه سازی های زیادی از طرف حاکمیت، در پذیرش مسئولیت این جنایت شروع شد.
ابتدا گفتند این جنگ روانی دشمنان علیه حکومت است، اما چون شواهد زیادی وجود داشت، مجبور شدند، این جنایت را با توجیه “خطای انسانی” بپذیرند.
🔸خیزش دی ماه، عکس العمل مردم ایران در قبال این فاجعه انسانی بود.
مردم خشمگین و دادخواه، علیه حکومتی که مرتکب چنین جنایتی شده بود، به خیابان آمده و شعار “غلط کردید اشتباه کردید” و “کشته آبان ما، 1500 نفر” سرداده و خواهان استعفای بالاترین مقامات حکومتی شدند.
🔸شلیک به هواپیمای PS752 اکراین، سبب شد توجه مردم جهان، به چهار دهه جنایات جمهوری اسلامی علیه مردم ایران، جلب شود.
🔸هر چند عاملان اصلی این جنایت، تا کنون پاسخی به خانواده های جانباختگان این جنایت ندادند، اما این تجمعات و سازماندهی توسط خانواده های دادخواه باعث شد ، چهار دولت کانادا، انگلیس، اوکراین و سوئد، جمهوری اسلامی را ملزم به پاسخگویی در برابر این جنایت عامدانه، کرد. با این عنوان که در صورت عدم پاسخگویی از جانب جمهوری اسلامی، این پرونده به دادگاه لاهه راه خواهد یافت.
🔹️ما امضاکنندگان این بیانیه ضمن ابراز همدردی و تسلیت مجدد به خانواده جانباختگان، این جنایت را محکوم و از تلاش “انجمن خانواده های این پرواز، در ارسال پرونده به دادگاه بین المللی لاهه حمایت می کنیم.
🔹️ما خواهان قطع رابطه همه دولت های جهان با حکومتی هستیم که بجای پاسخگویی به این جنایت ، خانواده های جانباختگان را دستگیر، تهدید و آنها را مورد اذیت و آزار قرار داده است.
🔸ما ادامه خیزش آبان و دیماه هستیم. ما فریاد “زن، زندگی، آزادی” هستیم و دیگر حاضر به قبول این بساط توحش، سرکوب و جنایت نیستیم.
ما دادخواهیم و خواهان دستگیری و محاکمه عاملان این جنایت و دادخواه بیش از هفتصد نفری هستیم که در بیش از صد روز انقلابمان به قتل رسیدند و خواهان آزادی همه بازداشت شدگان اخیر و زندانیان سیاسی هستیم.
🔹️ما میتوانیم متحدانه این اوضاع را به نفع خود تغییر داده و عدالت اجتماعی را اجرا کنیم.
عاملان جنایات را به پای میز محاکمه کشانده و مهمتر اینکه دنیایی بسازیم عاری از ظلم، جنایت، بی عدالتی، فقر و فساد، خشونت و تبعیض و آپارتاید جنسیتی
ما خواهان دنیایی آزاد و انسانی هستیم بنابراین
سوگواری نمی کنیم.

On December 18, 2018, a deadly crime shocked the people of Iran and the world.On this day, an important tragedy occurred in history.
“Shooting two missiles at a airliner”The killing of the 176 passengers of the Ukrainian plane and the unborn baby caught the people’s breath in the world.
The people of the world still did not believe that such a crime was committed not during a war between two governments but intentionally by the internal government.
Government officials wanted to deny and conceal this crime,Therefore a lot of histrionics started in accepting the responsibility of this crime by the government.
At first they said that this is a psychological warfare of the enemies against the government,but they were forced to accept this crime with the justification of “human error” because there was a lot of evidence.
The January (dey mah) uprising was the reaction of the Iranian people to this human tragic event.
angry and complainant people came to the streetsagainst the government that committed such a crime and chanted “You made a mistake,you did wrong”and ” 1500 people killed in Aban”and demanded the resignation of the highest government officials.
The shooting of the PS752 plane of Ukraine drew the attention of the people of the world to the four decades of crimes that committed by the Islamic Republic against the people of Iran.
Although the main perpetrators of this crime have not yet responded to the families of the victims of this crime but These gatherings and organization by the complainant families caused the four governments of Canada, England, Ukraine and Sweden to oblige the Islamic Republic to answer for this intentional crime.
With the title that if the Islamic Republic does not answer, this case will go to the Hague Tribunal.
We, the signatories of this statement, while expressing our sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased, condemn this crime and support the efforts of the “Association of the Families of this Flight” in sending the case to the Hague International Court.
we want all governments of the worlds to cut the ties withh government that has arrested threatend and harassed the families of vitctms instead of responding to this crime.
We are the continuation of the uprising of November(Aban) and January(dey).We are the outcry of “Woman, Life, Freedom”andWe are no longer willing to accept this brutality, repression and crime.
we are complainant and demand to arest and trial of the prepetrators of this crime and more than 700 people who were killd in more than 100 days of our revelution and we demand to release all the recent detainees and political prisoners.
We can unitedly change this situation in our favor and implement social justice.Bring the perpetrators of crimes to trial and more importantly, to create a world free from cruelty, crime, injustice, poverty and corruption, violence and discrimination and gender apartheid.We want a free and humane world
